About the event
Red is a classy, gorgeous collection of musical theatre and old Hollywood glamour. Amber embodies a wealth of flame-haired starlets in this show, such as Rita Hayworth, Bette Midler, Gwen Verdon, Bernadette Peters, Shirley MacLaine and many more. She performs as multiple characters including Jessica Rabbit, Roxie from Chicago, Sally Bowles from Cabaret and Sweet Charity as she journeys through musical theatre history. This show is packed with show-stopping numbers from shows such as Follies, Company, Gypsy and many, many more.
Written and performed by Amber Topaz - a cabaret siren and musical theatre performer with 30 years of stage experience under her sequined belt.
The show is directed and choreographed by Nikki Wollaston, a Broadway and West End Choreographer & Director, who has recently worked with Bernadette Peters - one of the redheads championed in the show.
