About the event
Dance class for older adults (55+)
A fun and full-bodied movement class for those wanting to experience balance, flow and co-ordination.
A gentle jig around the space leads into a series of warming and energising sequences of movement to great music. Blending aspects of classical dance technique, yoga and contemporary dance, we find length, strength and efficiencies in movement that help us release tension, feel more balanced and ready to move in all directions!
